Inro- Buildings

Traditional inro didn't always keep to a simple rectangular shape. My favourite examples imitated the shapes of insects, toys and common house hold items.

For this collection I combined this type of inro with my work as a visualiser at an architects office and began modelling buildings from around Manchester and turning them into boxes. I chose a selection of the most iconic classic and modern architecture in the city.
